Put some cream on an eyelash brush and brush through the eyelashes and eyebrows thoroughly. Feel free to put a little around the brows on the skin as well to keep the skin away from dry surfaces. Dry skin under the brows is not good for the hair growth cycle. For best preservation of lashlift and browlift results, use in combination with Permalift Keratin Mascara.
