When will your order be shipped?
The delivery time for your order is between 1 to 4 days. Orders placed before 11:00 are normally shipped the same day. For orders placed on weekends, the goods will be shipped at the earliest on the Monday after



SHIPPING COMPANY
Permalift works with the shipping company DHL express. We share the information you provide about yourself when ordering with the shipping company so that they can deliver your goods.

Shipping cost: the shipping cost is 69 SEK. The price is independent of the size of the order. For orders over the amount of 2000 SEK, free shipping applies.



RETURNS, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & COMPLAINTS
As a customer, you reserve the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. for the return to be approved, the products must be unused and unopened. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@permalift.se. Your message should clearly state your full name, address details, email, order number and the goods being returned.

You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount a sum corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the goods in the case of used or damaged products.Before the products leave us, we always make sure that the goods are in good condition. Should you nevertheless receive a product that is damaged, we will rectify the fault free of charge, in accordance with consumer protection legislation. Please email us at info@permalift.se if you have received a defective product.

We do not take responsibility for delays or errors that occur outside the company's prevailing.


REFUND OBLIGATION
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal within the 14-day timeframe, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods.
